Lived and Breathed
I lived and breathed this company. I was Mr. L90, had my L90 bag, t-shirt, coffee cup, hat and bad-ass laptop. I put my heart and soul into everything I did there. I was a company man and I was rewarded for being one. I was more gung-ho for that house than most of the execs. And then, suddenly, they shit all over my enthusiasm. I got over the money-screw of it all. And I'm not holding a grudge about getting the final screw. I am just dissappointed that the "new economy" didn't end up yielding a company like that. One where you could give it everything and it would take care of you, reward you all the way through. I'm a colder business man for it today. This chilly ferver of the modern money machine begets itself.
